If you register your new babe or upcoming arrival at Toys R Us (gift registry) you get a goody bag - mine came with an Avent bottle, samples, spoon/fork and more. Plus you get a $5 coupon for baby stuff at the store (off of $50)

We did this last year with my daughter Emily on her due date. She ended up 10 days late.
They were pretty laid back with the whole registry. It was a great registry pack. Ours had the same stuff a playskool toy bottle, nursing pads and gerber coupons, etc. The 5$ off coupon we got did not have an expiry is it still the same? We just used it on her new big girl carseat.
Has anyone done the one at the bay? For weddings they had a completion program and toys r us doesn't and they did a goody bag for weddings ( makeovers and perfume coupons for the beauty counters).
Just wondering if next time I should try and do the multiple registration route.

Is this just if you register in store. I registered online awhile back and never received anything.

I registered online about a month ago and never received anything...maybe they wait for the due date to pass?

When I registered they were all out of the gift bags and was told to come back in later to get one. I tried 3 times and they were always "out".
I never did get one and my baby is now 8 months old.
