Thread: Sharing Backyards....
-

If you would love to try gardening, but have no green space...
If you have a yard but no time to develop it or plant a garden...
This neat site can connect you! Folks with some green space make it available to those who want to plant a garden, usually in exchange for a bit of the produce at the end of the season.
Love this idea. Everybody wins!

Oh, my goodness. I meant to post this in the General Discussion section! Very embarrassing. I hope the moderators will be able to move it?
I don't know where my mind is these days. In my own defence, we had to have our beloved cat of 13 years put to sleep this past week. I haven't been able to think straight since.

That's too bad, Jessep13. There is a link in the left-hand menu ("Start A Program") if you wanted to get something going in London, Ontario. It's not in my community, either, but I still think it sounds like a great idea.

What a great idea. I love this concept of bringing neighbours together to grow food!
Sorry to hear about your kitty.

Oh, I'm so very sorry to hear about your kitty....
About the gardening, it's a great idea. In our city, there are community gardens where people can rent a plot.
