New pen pal especially anyone close to Oromoncto

I have lived in NB and I am an avid couponer now living in Edmonton - i have a very good freind in Oromoncto who is interested in couponing .... I am hoping to work up a relationship with someone, exchange coupons and inserts I have access to and would like them to meet my friend and teach her a little about couponing as she is on disability and could use the help. I have the inserts usually so am willing to send lots of what I have to help everyone out. Right now I have been sending packages but it is expensive to send products.
