Hi all. I'm very new to couponing and took the last couple of weeks to find ones I really needed and kept an eye on the flyers. Last night, I made a quick trip to No Frills, used $10 in coupons, and for the things I didn't have coupons for, those items were on sale. I know it's only a small start, but I was very excited!! I hope couponing eventually comes a bit easier

    Great job!
$10 is a fantastic start. It does get easier and more exillerating too, especially when you get free stuff or the store pays you for buying a product with a coupon It doesn't happen too often but when it does, I sweat like a pig cause I still can't believe I can do this and its been almost 5 years!

It gets easier, and nerve wracking all at the same time. You'll have your list, you'll have done all the math (a few times just to make sure) but you'll still be shaking like a leaf as you're standing at the register and your total keeps going up and up and up. Then, when you give the cashier all your coupons, and the total goes down ever so ssslllooowwwwlllyyy, you'll still be shaking when you walk out of the store having paid a fraction of what your bill would have been. It just happened to me this week, paid $8.00 for $80.00 worth pf groceries!
