I'd like to see us out of the middle east completely actually. Let them fight it out themselves. They already would be if the U.S. and the rest of the world was not sucking up to the Saudis.

The world economy is going down the crapper right now - and fast, but it's okay. We replaced a PM with a Masters in economics with a PM who was, by all accounts, a fantastic drama teacher. We'll be okay, he'll give a heartfelt speech or something. Might even tear up.

The murder of ex-Russian spy Alexander Litvinenko in 2006 in the UK was probably approved by President Vladimir Putin, a public inquiry has found.
Mr Putin is likely to have signed off the poisoning of Mr Litvinenko with polonium-210 in part due to personal "antagonism" between the pair, it said.
Mr Litvinenko died aged 43 in London in 2006, days after drinking tea poisoned with the radioactive substance. The former Russian spy had fled to Britain where he became a fierce critic of the Kremlin.
The long-awaited report into his death found two Russian men - Andrei Lugovoi and Dmitry Kovtun - deliberately poisoned Mr Litvinenko. They both deny killing him.
Sir Robert Owen, the inquiry chairman, said Mr Lugovoi and Mr Kovtun were probably acting under the direction of Moscow's FSB intelligence service.
Giving a statement to the House of Commons, Mrs May said the UK would now impose asset freezes on Mr Lugovoi and Mr Kovtun.
International arrest warrants against the pair also remained in place, she told MPs.

Other poisonings
We also know that very recent history has been alarming. Although he survived—his face disfigured—pro-Western Ukrainian Presidential candidate Viktor Yushchenko was poisoned with dioxin at a dinner in Kiev during an election campaign in September 2004.
Victor Yushchenko in July on left, the other in October after poisoning.

Gee, another case of Trudeau not doing his homework, on how to do things properly on the world stage. Abroad, there should be no partisan politics mentioned at meetings. He probably just couldn't wait to meet all the stars.
Well, maybe he could explain to DiCaprio what a chinook is...
About that first comment Trudeau made - well, he's wrong. Canada IS known for its natural resources; it's what we export most of - so he should have been touting that - why in the world would he downplay it?
Resources are our strength, we should be proud of that; Trudeau should be defending that.
