Eagle Creek Seed Potatoes in Alberta has a fantastic selection of potato varieties for your garden. I ordered a sampling for the first time this year and we planted them yesterday. Efficient/trackable shipping, really well packaged. Can't wait to see how they grow!

Thanks for sharing these sites to buy the seeds. I usually buy the seeds in gardening retail shop. In this site all garden items are available?

Online, as well as trading with people locally and the US. My award winning sunflower that grew over 20ft, and giant tomatoes and zucchini came from acquaintances in the US

Heritage Harvest Seed is one of my favourite Canadian seed businesses. If you are a gardener/seed lover like I am, you might wish to enter this giveaway. It was posted yesterday on their Facebook page.

We are please to announce that we will be having another draw for the month of December. You have the chance to win $50 worth of seed (Our Choice). All you have to do is like our Facebook page. Don't worry, if you already liked our page you'll still be eligible for the draw. Merry Christmas!

    Update - giveaway has ended.

Saw an ad on the HSR bus yesterday about the upcoming February seed event in Hamilton:
Get your seeds ready and save the date! Seedy Saturday 2016 is coming up!

Cannot remember where we discussed this summer those Canada 150 tulip bulbs that were exclusive to one nursery.
Happened to see in one of Home Hardware's current flyers (expiring today) that you can purchase a 25 bulb pack of the red& white bulbs for $12.97.

Just in case this is a deal for you, contact your local Home Hardware store.

Fortinos Ancaster has a Burpee Seeds display on the east side of the floral department.
Local Canadian Tire has at least two large seed displays now in-store.

Home Hardware has its seed spin racks out. One OSC seeds rack and one for the Aimers Organic Seeds too. There were two other brands on racks as well. I plan on getting plain basil (got spicy by mistake last year) and meslcun mix to fill in spots in a narrow flower bed. Could use a new flower seed--a showy double pirouette petunia.

In Burlington Holland Park has a lot of racks of seeds. I found catnip to grow indoors.

Seed Companies in Canada (list) - Seeds of Diversity

Each entry includes a brief description of the businesses and websites and/or email addresses for the businesses. I have made purchases from several of the ones on this list and was very pleased with all of them.
