What are the crawling bug in my house

I find a lot of tiny, black bugs crawling around my house, usually near my window. Does anyone know what type of bug these are likely to be, why do they appear and how to get rid of them? Please help and im sorry for the bad description!

black bugs are pretty common, so we'ld need some more description or info.

They're probably just small enough to fit in through the window screen. Closing the window should help!

i have them also, and they fly. They are like a bettle or slug but tiny. I even found them in my bed , so now i shake it all down b4 i get in at night. Lol . I only see them in the summer months never in winter. They sell this sticky stuff at metro for bugs on ur plants , but i layed the yellow sticky mats by my window and floor and its working. I hate them. Good luck
