Coupon Inserts?

Hi there - just moved to Barrhaven area from Halifax - just wondering about flyers and coupon inserts - what can I expect in the southern end of Barrhaven? - will I have to subscribe to paper to get inserts and flyers?

Welcome to Ottawa. We have two papers the Ottawa Citizen and the Ottawa Sun. They both have the inserts however the Citizen seems to have them on Saturday and the Sun on Sunday. There is also a free paper that sometimes has inserts....and as I am typing this I can't remember the name of it...sorry it is after midnight and the brain has stopped working LOL. When I remember I'll add it.

I get most of my inserts from recycle walks in my neighborhood though. Hope this helps
