Haha frugalnurse you beat me to it! I noticed the same deal , but looking at the Smartsource insert coupons I can't seem to figure out in my mind how they will work out all free.
Previously when the Windex was on BOGO , using the BOGO coupon was easy making both free. Will the same thing work if we buy one fantastik and one SB , and use that specific coupon? Can't see it working only b/c they are different products....but I am wondering if you buy a SB (make sure the cashier scans that one first) then buy a Fantastik then use the coupon Buy one fantastik get one SB free they should both work out free right? My logic is technically by buying the SB the safeway deal will make the Fantastik free , then the coupon used will make the SB free...that is if we can mix and match those two products....what do others think?

Both SB and fantastik are included in the safeway B1G1 deal, so it doesn't matter which one they scan first since both item should scan the same price. If they don't let you use the coupon on the free item, then you can buy 4 of them. You will use one coupon for the two remaining items and pay for one and get 3 free. It really depends on the cashier and how they interpret the coupon and store B1G1 sale.

Yup! It worked on the one that I usually go to, but YMMV.

Here's a tip:
From experience of many of us, Safeway, if they're aware won't give you a freebie on an item they're offering as a BOGO if you also have a BOGO coupon.
However,
Cashiers scan products through. Cashiers themselves aren't aware usually that the product is ringing up on the till as a BOGO.
If you include the Scrubibing Bubbles as part of a larger shop and hand the coupon to the cashier at the end there is a good chance they'll knock the paid value of one (or more) off. It really helps too if you know the sale price of the product and can tell them. My experience is if you do they won't spend time scanning through the receipt display so that they discover you're already getting a BOGO.
Hope this helps.
PS.: Smart Source was in this past weekend's newspapers.
