Family member cooked a large tray of bacon this morning in the oven when it was humid/hot and we have no a/c or vent to deal with cooking aromas. Insert your choice of words here...

My poor husband had to cook up chicken in the oven last night after work. We don't have ac but at least I was able to take the kids in the bedroom to watch tv until we fell asleep. Much cooler in there with the fan on and the door closed.... Now poor dh had to wake up early too because I have a dentist appointment and he has to watch the kids.

dh had to make it in the oven for a recipe. crock pot chicken gets too much moisture and we don't have an electric roaster. hes going to cut up the chicken (boneless skinless chicken breast) and warm it up with broccoli and sauce then add it to pasta. then depending how hot it is he might shred some cheese on top and broil it for a few minutes to get the cheese melted.

I cooked a whole chicken last night in a jet air cooker. It is so awesome especially for fat-capped meats like lamb or meats with skin like turkey. The only first world problem is it doesn't fit in my dishwasher.
