I Like to buy my quinoa at Homesense. It may not be the absolute cheapest but it is one of the only places that I know of that carries the multicolored kind which is my favorite. I find it has more flavor, slightly nutty (maybe?). They also carry special items such as quinoa flour, pancake mix, cookie mixes. I know many people like the bulk barn but I live in Edmonton so that is all I can offer. Good luck.

I would think that Community Natural Foods would have all these things.
