So I sent rogers a msg Wed., but knowing the chances of them responding was as likely as pigs flying, I called last night, & the rep told me emails would be sent today. Didn't receive one. She said I didn't bc I already have a promotion. (I've gone through retention to get my services discounted/lowered in order to stay w them, not cancel.) But, that shouldn't be the case, bc I'm holding the bill of a friend who has (better) discounts than me, 50% internet, 15% off cable and a free PVR and they still got the invite.:bs:
As it turns out, we've been planning on leaving rogers anyway on Tues, bc of our contract expiration, but even more so now, as I told her, bc it's very apparent I'm not an appreciated customer. :angryfire: To not even apply this promotion, really??? :thefinger:rogers.
