mine are at 2weeks as well. and the previous ones were less than 24 hours!

Very frustrating.... yesterday I got 2 $5 amazon pin codes via email and when I tried to apply those to my amazon.ca account message appeared:
This gift card claim code has been redeemed to another account

The amount on this gift card has already been applied to another account.
It never happened before when SB ordering system was not so so secured. I emailed them and also scared about future orders. This happened to any one before??

Update: Gift Cards Are Back!

UPDATE @ 1:10pm PT – We have resolved the issue and you are now able to access your Gift Card codes!

As you may have noticed, we are currently experiencing an issue with the process to access your Gift Card codes.
We are working extremely hard to resolve this issue and should have it fixed by this afternoon.
We know this is frustrating and we apologize for this inconvenience.

Gift Card Security Upgrade

You value your rewards and we love nothing more than delivering them to you.
Since 2008 we’ve awarded over $70 Million in rewards to you, our members. We want to continue delivering you the rewards you that work for and we want to make sure it’s the best experience possible.
In order to do that, we are going to launch a new system to improve Gift Card security, beginning tomorrow evening (September, 18th, 2014).
When your gift card order is fulfilled, we will notify you by email, similarly to how we notify you today.
1. Click through from the email to “View My Gift Card Code.”
* Not sure what email you have with Swagbucks? See our latest blog post about updating your email address.

2. Next, you will need to enter your password or login to your account.
If you are already logged into your Swagbucks account, you will be asked to provide your password. If you’re not logged in you will need to provide your email address and password.

If you can’t remember your password, you will need to reset it in order to access your gift cards.
3. Once you’ve successfully logged in to your Swagbucks.com account, you will be able to access your gift card. Here’s an example of what it might look like for you.

One thing to note: The link in the email that you receive for your gift card is valid for 24 hours. Once that 24 hours passes, you will need to go to My Gift Cards and request a new email.

This new upgrade will affect both new gift cards as well as any gift cards you have previously redeemed.
We realize this is a big change and we want to make the transition to a more secure gift card process as easy as possible.

They probably will refund the points back to your account later if they cannot fix it. In this case, you may not able to redeem it again until next month for the $5 one, so you lose two opportunities on redeeming the discount $5.

Also for the LTG, I think they took it down only for Canada since US people still have the LTG, plus they add another similiar offer for US people and they call it Desktop Girl according to SB facebook
