I am still having problems accessing my e-rewards
Everytime I receive an email advising my e-card is available I click on the link and nothing happens....then I have to send them a ticket and they respond with ideas of how to access it, and none of it works.......is anyone else still having issues too ?

I was sent 4 GC's today and I was having problems too until I clicked on them in the order they were sent and then they worked perfectly.

Last time it happened they suggested I try another browser; forwarding the email to another email i.e. gmail; and nothing worked.

I got the gift card today too and I have no problem to access it ... I'm not sure you are stuck at which points, have you got the page ask you input your SB password ?
