There's a $1 TRESemme Shampoo/conditioner out there (tear pad from SDM) and there is also a $1.50 Dial NutriSkin lotion coupon (from the SS inserts)....I can't make out the fine print on the flyer, so, not sure if these coupons would be of any use....

Does anyone know the size of the Harvest cereal box that's on for $2.99?

All TRESemme products are on sale at SDM right now for $3.99 as well.

I was at SDM and saw the Tresemme on sale and grabbed some coupons. It's a very good price but I didn't check the size at SDM, is it a bigger bottle than at NF?

i need someone to teach me a crash course to extreme couponing lol their is a great benefit to the deal as i work in No Frills Grocery i have access to flyers and coupon pads 1-2 weeks prior to the ad break. as well as the rotation of products every few months.

we got 2 kids 9 and 5 and spending $200 every other week on food is getting out of hand so need to learn how to get the free items and the reduced costs and get these bills down

please reply if your serious only as i have nothing to lose but so much to gain in learning how to get these deals; i walk by coupon pads 8hrs a day 6 days a week so im sure a person could benefit from all the coupons i can obtain

They had big bottles and smaller bottles for their new "naturals" line. At one shoppers I noticed they had little $5 MIR on the bottles if you wrote them a review of the product so keep an eye out if you're planning on buying.
