Not a fan of coffee (although I love the smell of coffee brewing) - Coffee Crisp is about the extent of my coffee indulgence
Only drink tea when it's really cold or I'm under the weather - then it's plain (black or herbal, doesn't matter)
Usually I just drink tap water (yep, I'm a cheap date )

Not a coffee person, if I do have a coffee I like pumpkin soy latte or just a soy latte with half a teaspoon agave from Starbucks.
In my tea, usually nothing , but sometimes honey and lemon.

I don't normally drink coffee - only lattes. But if I do, it's black. Same with tea. If I'm sick I will put honey in the tea, but that's it.

I was never into coffee, but switched from black tea to green about 8 years ago and now drink it religiously.
I always think it's funny when you order a cup of green or herbal tea at tim hortons or McD's, etc.... they always ask me if I want anything in the green tea. I invariably find this question absurd, and sometimes if I'm feeling a bit cheeky, I'll ask - with a completely straight face - for two packets of ketchup on the side. This is normally met with funny stares, but they do normally give me the ketchup packets without asking questions. (The ketchup packets are then stored and put in lunchbags when we are taking leftover sausages or similar stuff to work, they do not go in the tea! )Last edited by glowworm2k; Mon, Nov 5th, 2012 at 10:18 AM.

I also have some strange hot drink preferences for stuff not usually considered a normal hot drink:
If I'm sick: a cup of boiling water with two teaspoons of lemon juice
If I'm really cold or when I don't have enough money to buy a cup of tea (which has happened more often than I would like in the past): a cup of boiling water (nothing added). I will also order this when a restaurant doesn't have any tea except black and I don't want a caffeine buzz.
If I've been feeling tired: a cup of boiling water with a teaspoon of blackstrap molasses (for the iron and the deliciousness)... this is actually quite a tasty drink and I sometimes just make it as a nice pick-me-up in winter

I take one milk one sugar in coffee, and in tea I like honey and milk . I buy honey from a local beekeeper and it makes everything taste so much better!

Green tea is plain
English Breakfast tea - well, if its freshly brewed and steaming hot and i really want it...like NOW!!... then i may add a splash of milk and on occasion a hint of sugar.
But mainly i take it black.
I rarely drink coffee - i think i have it in a resto that doesn't have great tea(cos i really don't like orange pekoe!) so thats maybe once or twice a year. In which case, i add milk or cream - depending on what is in front of me, and a little sugar.Come on -Join me ! Get Points, get Free stuff
