Good Morning Everyone,

After much conversation and confusion, it's time to get shopping. Get your name on the list and lets have some fun. Want to send someone here a nice gift to make their day....sign up and let's all enjoy the Christmas Season with good friends, new friends and our community!

Please read the rules for joining this year as they have changed slightly from last year. If you qualify and would like to join, just copy and paste the info list into a pm to me, fill in all the info, and remember....the more specific you are with your likes and dislikes, the better you will be able to help your secret santa to shop for you.



You must sign up by November 18th. On the 19th of November I will be contacting everyone on the list and giving them the information regarding the person they are purchasing gifts for.

We have changed the rules somewhat this year so please read everything very carefully before you join. You MUST be able to meet all critieria, including the way you must ship your gift.


OFFICIAL RULES FOR THE 2012 CHRISTMAS GIFT EXCHANGE

- To participate you must be a contributing, active member of our board with at least 500 posts and all riders will be checked before a spot is confirmed

-Sign up must be done by November 18th, no later as you will receive the info on your secret santa person on November 19th

- Trade ratings must be up to date

- No negative ratings will be given unless you don't send a gift, then you will recieve a neg rating and will not be allowed to participate in any SC Exchanges or any Pkge Train **This rating will be done by myself or the mods only**

- If you are currently participating in the Advent Pkge Train you CAN NOT participate in the SC Exchange

-You MUST send your parcel out by post, and get it insured with an INSURANCE TRACKING number.
This will cost between $8 and $25.- Keep in mind there is a higher cost the bigger or heavier your package is.

- You must have your gift sent out by November 28th. Even before this date would be awesome! Forward the tracking number to me ASAP

- SC Owners/Admins/Moderators as well as myself are not responsible for lost/stolen/misplaced or pkges not sent by your buddy..

-The gift limit is a MINIMUM of $10, but feel free to spend more if you like.


**Gift cards are cheaply mailed, true, but they are just not as fun to open. For this reason, this year we have decided that gift cards must be send by REGISTERED MAIL with your signature and a signatured to pick up the parcel**
We encourage people to instead choose to get items of the LIKES list for an exciting parcel opening for your receiver.


We are trying to keep the rules as simple as possible, AND ensure that everyone understands and follows the rules so EVERYONE can have a great time with the eschange. If you have any questions at all, please PM me as I will help you out.
