I actually picked up a French issue today after lunch. I noticed that the inside front cover does not have the Hudson's Bay coupon offer for 50% off furniture. But there are two books mentioned-I recognize one as I can borrow it online (am a fan of L'Epicerie).
Go to your stores for the English copies-might not last through the weekend. So far this year, I've managed to get issues on day of or day after release date. But sometimes the issue is so hot, that not going on day 1 is a case of snooze, you lose.

The digital edition of the Early Summer issue went live yesterday.
Noticed that my English copy of the magazine has 178 pages (including the covers) while the French copy has 118 pages (difference is in the ads, one book review article in the French copy, and differing layout in the French copy for the beer articles).

I missed an ad that mentions a freebie with purchase (from May 29-June 18, 2016) in the LCBO stores: Free Chipotle Maple Bacon BBQ Sauce made with Ravenswood Zinfandel-available on select bottles of Ravenswood Vintners Blend Zinfandel.

I was taking recipes and articles out of the English issue and gave all the ads another look. Really love the floral print tea towels shown in the tools and gadgets section!

Thanks! Ciel, the last issue had Summer fresh dip coupon booklet and I went back all books were gone! Looking forward to the new book!

My apologies, @SavvyLady ! My mind was thinking today and last night I looked at my planner which is clearly marked for the 29th for the next issue. However, I was not online until this afternoon to correct the error.

Thanks, no big deal, I just thought that some stores might get it earlier, I thought maybe that's why they're sold out sometimes when I go!!When I just tried to most this message, I got a message saying it was too short and to lengthen it by one character....Is this new?

Bagged issue contains a small Ontario Turkey recipe booklet. No coupons in the magazine but there are delicious sections on making savoury galettes, paletas (frozen treats on sticks), plum dishes and oh yes, drinking beer.

The cheesecake on the cover looks so GOOD. I like the lavender shortbread cookie recipe. What do you think a bottle of culinary (unsprayed) lavender buds sells for at the grocery store? I don't have any lavender plants at home.

The LCBO has launched online shopping for products. If you are willing to wait a few days more, you can get your order shipped to your closest LCBO store for pickup. Or you can choose to pay for delivery via Canada Post (and most of us are still thinking about postal services, are they going to be available after the long weekend).
