Finished Banana Cream Pie Murder by Joanne Fluke. 4/10
This one didn't read all that well. She's just back home from her honeymoon and Hannah investigates the murder of the mayor's sister. Her relationship with the new hubby is all over the place.

I have to admit I still enjoy reading about Stephanie Plum. I'm not Evanovich'd out yet.

I was trying to think of similar series and all I could come up with is Lisa Lutz's The Spellmans or Darynda Jones's Charley Davidson series

I'm trying to read Carve the Mark by Veronica Roth but I just can't get into it. I think it goes back to the library tomorrow and I go back to the John Grisham that I started before this one. It's not bad, it's just not my style. Sorry Veronica.

I finished this today and it was thoroughly frightening, what could be just over the horizon for us.

I can always depend on a good story from Mr. Grisham.

The Lorax by Dr. Seuss to my 3 year old. How fitting for Earth Day.

The children's literature section seems so much different than the climate in my day. Where are all the Paddington Bear novels?
