    Rip and Stick coupon deals:

    Sirloin $4.76 - $1.00 rip and stick coupon = $3.76
    Grain fed pork $3.93 - $1.50 rip and stick coupon = $2.43
    Angus cross rib $4.75 - $1.50 rip and stick coupon = $3.25
    Where's the beef?
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ug75diEyiA0
(from the old Wendy's Hamburgers commercial with Clara)
    I got the beef!

    Kinder deals:
4 x Christmas Kinder chocolate gift packs*
    Regular $9.99, Sale $2.49 = $9.96

    Total $21.07 (includes tax)
    Air Miles Cash used $20.00

    Out of Pocket $1.07

Air Miles Earned = 4 (1 Regular AM + 3 Air Miles [grain fed pork])

*Friend had a fire over Christmas. The kids will get a second Christmas with the Kinder chocolates.

    Thx for the "likes" y'all.
A while back doctor recommended more iron from beef - but only the expensive cuts of beef. Yah. Right doc. Come shoppin' with me.

Well, today I got the expensive cuts -- for free!! Yipee (or Yahoo, as Vesper would say).

O.k. I updated the title to say rip and stick coupon. Koolaid bragged about them, so that is where I learned about them.

You are right. Some don't know about Metro's great rip and stick coupons. Thx for the helpful comment.

I'm afraid I'm one of those that don't know what 'rip and stick' coupons are... but they sound amazing! And your brag is to match! Congrats!

Oooh. I did not know that rip and stick coupons were new. Koolaid bragged about it before.
Here is an example of rip and stick, borrowed from Koolaid's old thread.

Koolaid got $1.00 off one of the meat packages. The cashier took the other half of the rip and stick coupon. There is a bar code on the back of the cashier's half, that he/she scans.

    Great brag, WTG!!

LOL, I still don't know what rip and stick coupons are. Is it a dollar off peelie sticker on package, like a manager's special sticker at SDM?

I once had a "Rip and Strip" party..........settle down - I needed help taking wallpaper off the walls of a new house. A lot of paper got "ripped and stripped" off the walls - and someone even took down an unwanted wall! Amazing what a case of beer used to motivate people to do!

So I guess the new SC term for 2013 is rip and stick coupon*. Is it a Durham Region, ON thing? Should it go in the urban dictionary (http://www.urbandictionary.com/)
