I've been to Canada numerous times and have enjoyed every visit, but nothing compares to the Canadian Rockies. I think they are even more spectacular than the American Rockies. For scenery and wildlife, would suggest an itinerary such as the one I took back in 1995: four national parks along the Alberta/British Columbia provincial line: Banff, Jasper, Kootenay and Yoho. It doesn't get much better than that!

I love my hometown of Kingston Ontario. We have Fort Henry (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), and a Thousand Island Cruise is not to be missed.
Established in 1673, we have beautiful historic buildings, wonderful waterfront, and modest prices compared to larger cities. Perfect place to stop between Toronto and Montreal, and only two hours to Ottawa, another city well worth visiting.

Well, Because Canada is very big, i can tell some interesting places of toronto....
1. Queen Street West - The Queen West district in Toronto boasts the city's most eclectic and odd mix of stores, restaurants, street vendors, musicians, and other assorted characters. The street has a distinct Soho feel to it. Start at the corner of Queen and University and wander west from there. Some stops not to miss on your Queen West tour: lunch at the Shanghai Cowgirl restaurant (trying to find it is half the fun!), buying handmade soaps at Lush, a glass of Cabernet Sauvignon mid-afternoon in the Drake Hotel lounge.
2. Amsterdam Brewery - This wonderful craft brewery was Toronto's very first brew pub, established in 1986. It is currently located at 21 Bathurst Street. The Amsterdam makes over 15 different beers, from light lagers to dark Irish stout. For $6, you can take the brewery tour and sample 8 different Amsterdam beers. For an extra $2, you can take home a brewery pint glass as well. If you enjoy artisan beers, this is the place you want to be in Toronto.
3. Centre Island - Centre Island is the largest of a collection of tiny islands a ten minute ferry ride from Toronto's waterfront. If you travel to Toronto between June and September, this is a great place to explore once you have had your fill of the "city life". Centre Island's main attraction is "Centreville"~ an amusement park filled with rides and games. The island also has great beaches and a boardwalk. The ferries travel from the harbourfront to the Islands Monday to Sunday about every half hour from June through September.
Thanks....

I would reccomend Nova Scotia - nowhere is more than 8O km's from the ocean. Everyone is nice there, and if you go to the Bay Of Fundy, you can see the worlds highest tides! It's absolutly BEAUTIFUL!

Nunavut is a beautiful part of Canada that most Canadians never visit...it is very expensive to travel there though

I vote for the Rockies and that you do it by train - the section from Calgary to Vancouver is probably the most beautiful part of the line - and just as stunning in winter, when the landscape are covered with a layer of pristine snow.
