So the Charmin ads with the bear say that Charmin works better than the "leading bird brand" toilet paper
Does this mean anything to anyone?
I have never heard the term "bird brand" and I don't know of any toilet paper with a bird on it. Unless this is a reference to a previous ad campaign or something? This thread is currently associated with: N/AApply every possible promo code to your cart, at every store that you visit (and get points for cash back on top of that?). When my son and I saw that commercial a few weeks ago, we wondered, too. White Swan is all I could think of as well.

Thank you for clearing up this mystery!
White Swan is recycled. I find it very rough. If this is the one Charmin is talking about, it is misleading of Charmin to compare itself to a company that makes a product that is not the "premium" that Charmin is. Charmin should really compare itself to Royale, or Cottonelle. Those are comparable products. Almost everything is softer or whatever than White SwanApply every possible promo code to your cart, at every store that you visit (and get points for cash back on top of that?). Found it on youtube. Mr. Whiffle seems nice.
am really hating the current Charmin "Enjoy the go" ads. Looks like I'm not the only one.

Yesterday they tweeted a photo of the superbowl bathrooms in blackout https://twitter.com/Charmin
Really?
I want them to go back to the Cha Cha Cha Charmin ones so bad so we can be spared of this.Apply every possible promo code to your cart, at every store that you visit (and get points for cash back on top of that?). It's sweet and easy with HONEY.

Cottenelle with the puppy on the bag is known as Labradog paper in this house. We don't do pussycats!

Maybe it's a regional thing. White Swan isn't even in the radar as far a leading toilet paper brands in our household. We usually buy Royale or Purex...Cottonelle on occasion. I bought Charmin once and my oldest son thought it was the cat's meow...and then he promptly plugged the toilet and I never bought it again.
