Just wondering if anyone knows of a website that posts the prices of weekly alcohol deals in Calgary? ie: Is it cheaper to get Apothic Red wine from Co-op or Safeway, and a 24 of Budwiser from Superstore or SoHo?
I normally scan the flyers for anything we may need, but recently ran into a situation where I spent WAY more then needed picking up some Rye last minute for my hubby. Wondering if there is anywhere I can quickly look if the situation arises again?Keep Smiling!

since liquor stores are both privately and corporately owned, you'll find that the best deals on booze arent at the co-op or safewy, but at the privately owned places.
the best price depends on what you're buying. some places specialize in wine, some have a large selection of types and brands and prices, and some have just the cheapest of the cheap alcohol.
alot of it has to do with what part of the city you're in.

Thought I'd share a quick update...
I recently visited the Costco Liquor store... Did you know that you DO NOT need a Costco membership to shop there!?!?!?
Beer prices were better then many sales I've seen. Bud (CASE OF 36) and Kokanee (55) both worked out to 1.29 a beer, the equivalent of less then 31$ a case without waiting for a sale, and hard alcohol and wine was very reasonably priced as well. They even have Kirkland brands of certain products!
Costco will be my "Go to" place for future purchases... Unless there is a flyer with a good sale of course!Keep Smiling!
