When I saw that price and knowing it is Food Basics, my guess is it is the frozen " seasoned " ones in the large bags, which are kind of slimy when they thaw. I cannot make out the words under the price, but since the other fresh skinless chicken breast halves with bone ( shown further down on the page ) are $4.00 per lb. I am guessing these cheap ones have to be the frozen ones. jmo.
