Expired***This coupon policy is THE SAME in Canadian shops.***
On Walmart.com website :
Wal-Mart Coupon Policy
Wal-Mart accepts the following types of coupons (see guidelines below):
- Manufacturer coupons (Cents Off)
- Free merchandise (or Buy-One-Get-One-Free) coupons
- Store coupons
- Pharmacy (Advertising and Promotional) coupons
- Internet coupons
- Soft drink container caps
The following are guidelines and limits:
- Wal-Mart only accepts coupons for merchandise we sell and only when presented at the time of purchase.
- Coupons should have an expiration date and be presented within the valid dates. Wal-Mart will not accept expired coupons.
- Internet coupons should be legible and say "Manufacturer Coupon." There should be a valid remit address for the manufacturer and a scannable bar code.
- Only one coupon per item is permitted.
- Use of 40 or more coupons per transaction will require approval by Customer Service Manager.

***UPDATE :
I talked to Wal-Mart Customer Service in Canada today and it's the same policy for Canadian shops. They told me that if I have trouble with any kind of those coupons, I have to ask for management and it should be alright. You can always bring the coupon policy printed directly on Walmart website just in case.

Thanks for looking that up. Ive never had trouble with them but I know others have.
I have at times used a coupon from a display they have set up, and then they say its expired, so I argue until they give me the discount, because it they were expired walmart should not be advertising the item with copouns then. They do pay employees.
