    If I buy I-Tune gift card here, in Canada, will that be valid in the USA as well, or only in Canada?

    Are you buying an iTunes card for someone in the US? I would think yes, because whoever receives the card will apply the card code to his/her account.

    Do you mean can you cross-shop between iTunes Canada and iTunes US with the same gift card, then no.
