That's good of you to post! However, we can't get to ours yet - usually we would BBQ in winter, but it's buried in way too many feet of snow and ice still!

Great article.. Great thing to do every season starting, I try and remember to do it before putting it away for the winter.. I had a Buddy who took off 1/2 of his home with a explosion.. It turned out a spider made a web over the gas output in the BBQ.. Great thing to check every now and then.. Causes the gas from entering the BBQ..

nice work! I am a proud new owner of a weber Smokey mountain, and am always looking for new ideas. Pretzel buns are next on my list, and the hubby wants bacon bowls! Can't wait to see what you come up with next.

Well winter is fast approaching and some of us will be putting our grill away for winter. Well if you are putting your grill away for winter it highly recommended that you do a maintenance on it to keep it top notch and to preserve the life of your grill. Its pretty much the same maintenance that you do in the spring.

Here's how to do your maintenance:

Remember when storing your grill for winter to disconnect the propane bottle.

Also its just has much fun grilling in the winter then summer!

    Cheers!
