i've done it, eg. you send the invite to friend A, then friend A has to 'like' the page then after click on celebration either on the left, or it will just bring you to the page to enter your info.
if your friend A has already 'liked' the page, friend A will have to click on celebration on the left side.. then it will bring you to the page automatically. hth.
