Nope and yes, some pins like the one from Super C and the Transcontinental papers are ''generic'' and good for every region. Then you have the ones that are from the participating stores in your area. When you check your home page from the contest (when logged in) you will have the list for the ones gtood for you.

My dad is all the way East, passed Montreal and all the ones for him are in Ste-Jerome, weird...

Laval has a lot fortunately : ))
