Apple cider vinegar (with mother in it) has a lot of health benefits. I drink a tea spoon of it in water every day and I also have kefir every day. It's great for digestion. Good digestion = good skin. I use witch hazel as a toner. It does a good deep clean on the skin. I also shower with goat milk soap (you can get 3 bars for 4 dollars at Target).

I used to use tea trea oil as a toner. I recently found out tea tree oil can increase the level of estrogen in the body (not good). There aren't enough studies done yet, but if you've ever had a hormonal imbalance, bathing in tea tree oil may not be a good thing. I now use witch hazel as a toner instead.

Every person is much conscious about that fashion and it's a hardest try of everyone that they should look nice and different from others. This forum is really a nice platform to get the latest knowledge and trends about the fashion.

Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay + equal parts of apple cider vinegar makes the best facial mask. It diminishes blackheads, acne and reduces pore size. I've been doing this for about 4 years now and I no longer need foundation! Occasionally, I used Sonne's 7 internal detox which has the same active ingredient as the Aztec Clay, bentonite clay. Together they keep my skin tight and blemish free

I use Henna with rose water as a body mask while showering, I leave it about 10 minutes or else it will color my skin.

My hair has been brittle since LO was born nearly 2yrs ago. I should maybe try some of these tips.
LO has dry skin, almost like cradle cap on the top part of his head. Any suggestions for it?Help me out with Swagbucks and we can both earn gift cards and PayPal money
