Apple cider vinegar (with mother in it) has a lot of health benefits. I drink a tea spoon of it in water every day and I also have kefir every day. It's great for digestion. Good digestion = good skin. I use witch hazel as a toner. It does a good deep clean on the skin. I also shower with goat milk soap (you can get 3 bars for 4 dollars at Target).

I can not imagine my beauty routine without tea tree oil... I bath with best anti fungal bath soap made up of tea tree oil and eucalyptus essential oils.... my secreat strange beauty tip is Rose Water.. It really makes your skin glow.

I used to use tea trea oil as a toner. I recently found out tea tree oil can increase the level of estrogen in the body (not good). There aren't enough studies done yet, but if you've ever had a hormonal imbalance, bathing in tea tree oil may not be a good thing. I now use witch hazel as a toner instead.

Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay + equal parts of apple cider vinegar makes the best facial mask. It diminishes blackheads, acne and reduces pore size. I've been doing this for about 4 years now and I no longer need foundation! Occasionally, I used Sonne's 7 internal detox which has the same active ingredient as the Aztec Clay, bentonite clay.
