Is this conversion optional or are we going to be forced? I have $445 worth of points that I was holding onto for the next bonus redemption

I really hope they leave both as is. I don't use the Optimum program much since I'm single and did a massive redemption a couple of years ago that I'm still living off of, LOL! I would rather have PC points.

Can someone confirm the conversion? I've read that 8000 op points gets you 10,000 PC points. Doesn't sound right

@SavvyLady , yes you can still get the points. Just put in a points inquiry online. You'll need your receipt and you'll have to estimate the amount of points your missing. You usually get a response fairly quickly (within a day or two) with PC crediting your account. You'll get an email from them and then you can check your points balance just to make sure.

Is the "For every $10 spent on Kit Kat or Pepsi bottle" deal on Pepsi product, such as 7UP (wanna buy) or just Pepsi?

    and

For every $5 spent on Nestlé Kit Kat Chocolate and Delissio Frozen Pizza
    40 – 246 g or 340 - 889 g - 2000 points

What is the best way of spending the least and getting all the points? Are there any deals out there right now that I could price match with?

I have "Save $1 when you buy any two 2L bottles OR one 12×355 ml pack 7UP beverages" coupons. And there are three offers (1 store offer, 1 personalized, and 1 bonus offer) as following. I'm thinking of spending $20 (super bowl). What's my best options? Would I be able to use all 3 offers and the coupon if I purchase 2L 7UP?

All three offers will be applied but i am not sure about your coupon though. Does your coupon include 6×710 bottles? What do you plan on buying?
