I have been asked how often you can vote and when it ends. I think you can vote more than once a day to be counted towards the daily votes but here are the rules as stated on the page:

Daily Prize Rules:

1. To qualify a poem(s) must have at least twenty (20) votes. In the unlikely event that no poem(s) has at least twenty (20) votes then the poem with the next highest number of votes qualifies.
2. The poem with the highest daily average score wins. If there is a tie then the poem with the highest number of daily votes wins. In the unlikely event that there is another tie then the poem with the highest cumulative average wins. It is important to have both the highest rating and number of votes.
3. The daily contest begins at 9:01 PM and ends the following evening at 9:00 PM.
4. There is no limit to the number of poems a contestant can enter.
5. Contestants are [COLOR=#cc0099! important][COLOR=#cc0099! important]eligible [COLOR=#cc0099! important]to [/COLOR][COLOR=#cc0099! important]win[/COLOR][/COLOR][/COLOR] the daily prize once every ninety (90) days.
6. Winners of the contest will be notified by mail and the prize will be delivered in a timely manner.
7. The use of the winner's full name, city, state, and contest entry may be used for marketing purposes or for display on www.poetry.com. Winners and [COLOR=#cc0099! important][COLOR=#cc0099! important]runner[/COLOR][/COLOR]-ups may be displayed on www.poetry.com's homepage.
8. No [COLOR=#cc0099! important][COLOR=#cc0099! important]employee[/COLOR][/COLOR] (past or present) or family member of an employee (past or present) of Poetry.com or any of their affiliates can enter and win the contest.
9. Poetry.com reserves the right to change the rules, cancel the contest, or disqualify a contestant at any time without notice. Only poems accepted by Poetry.com will be eligible for voting. All Poetry.com rules will be applied to submitted poems.

I have no idea when the conest actually ends. I have recieved an email telling me that my poem has been selected to be printed in their next anthology. That's pretty neat even if it's just a way for them to sell it to the authors LOL
