I wanted to buy an eye primer from ELF (http://www.eyeslipsface.com/) but they have crazy high shipping rates - $18 to Canada! Even as a first time customer with their 10% I think, for me it's not worth paying $19+ for a primer, it's better buy from SDM or Walmartt (at least if you don't use and change your mind, you can return the item).

With ELF you need to be patient, wait for their sales (30 - 50% off) and at a certain price point you get $8 shipping. I changed over my complete make-up routine to ELF products for about $50 to $60 dollars, and I had about 40 products show up (many as low as $0.50 a piece, way lower than buying ELF in a store like Target).

As a newbie Canadian, I'm getting tons of ideas! Being from the US, I never had to worry about paying duties before. And shipping is alot cheaper there too. Anyways, it looks like to me I'd either need to step up my online shopping game or drive to Buffalo (I'm in Fort Erie).

For cheap bags, aldo has good bags for its price (wait for the sales)
i've tried buying bags from china from ebay usually around $20-40 bucks, theyre alright but rather buy something in store.
