A) Sweepstakes Prizes: Multiple winners from each random draw period (as described above) will win One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) worth of Tim Cards each. There will be a total of 30 Random Draw Prizes awarded. Approximate Retail Value of each prize (“ARV”): $100.00 CDN. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible ballots received. The following are defined as “Donut Design Prizes”:
(B) 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th Place Prizes: Four Finalists who have been successfully notified will win One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) worth of Tim Cards each. ARV of each prize: $100.00 CDN. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received, the number of points awarded pursuant to the judging criteria, the number of participating voters and the number of votes received by each Finalist.
(C) 2nd, 3rd and 4th Place Prizes: Three Finalists who have been successfully notified will win Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) worth of Tim Cards each. ARV of each prize: $500.00 CDN. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received, the number of points awarded pursuant to the judging criteria, the number of participating voters and the number of votes received by each Finalist.
(D) Grand Prize: The Entrant of the donut design that obtains the most votes and who has been successfully verified will win Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) paid as a cheque. ARV: $10,000.00 CDN. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible Entries received, the number of points awarded pursuant to the judging criteria, the number of participating voters and the number of votes received by each Finalist.
Total ARV of all prizes: $14,900.00 CDN. Tim Cards are subject to the terms and conditions set by issuer. Limit one Sweepstakes Prize per person and one Donut Design Prize per person.
