The McDonald's spokesperson said they are testing Ontario. If it's a hit, maybe BC in the future

That's interesting to hear. I know from someone who worked there a couple years ago that they used to have them shipped with the serving sizes pre-portioned so that every one was the same. Guess they've changed that model.
I know Subway still has them pre-portioned by weight.Last edited by bhlombardy; Thu, Jul 25th, 2013 at 06:11 PM.

I just had one. I was a bit disappointed. It was okay tasting, but I would prefer a filet.
The bun was too thick for the amount of filling and the fillers really took away from the taste of the lobster. It was missing something to give it some zing. The sauce lacked flavour.
I ended up eating the insides without the bun and picking off the lettuce.Love like crazy everyday and smile.

Sometimes it's the taste and not the look, maybe.
Some people don't like looking at, say... baked beans, but they like the taste

Had one at Yonge and Wellesley in Toronto.
Mostly claw meat, mixed with lettuce, mayonnaise, celery. They didn't skimp on the meat, it was full. Was pretty good for fast food lobster. Better than the one at Quiznos.
Picture tuna salad, but with lobster instead.

I am from Cape Breton but live in Ontario so whenever we go home we stop in NB Mcd's for McLobster then stop in Antigonish for one too. Made with real lobster and tastes good.

I heard Mike Bullard show today on the radio where he sort of critiqued his McD's sandwich. I am not a fan of his, but for some reason I listen longer than I should. Anyways he said the server asked him if he wanted ketchup with that? lol!! ketchup??
He then counted the pieces of claw meat in it and it was an acceptable amount, I laugh now, because I actually forget what he said about the taste of it, maybe I was concentrating on driving at that point, lol

Spotted at Victoria Park and Gerrard in Toronto. Methinks it's everywhere.
