Cheapest place for passport photos?-In burlington Ontario

I'm in the process for applying for my first ever passport for my honeymoon coming up in December. Where would you recommend is the cheapest place to get a passport photo?

I looked at black's but it's $25!

I've read reviews that walmart's have ended up being invalid photos....

Anyone have any places they like to go that's cheap and VALID?

I'm not sure for your area but everyone down here gets them done at Walmart.
Cheapest place by far.
The invalid photos are if you don't follow the rules (no smiling etc...) just make sure you're familiar with them and you are set!
