Any ladies know where I can purchase developer/bleach etc other than Sally's/the BSO?

I'm in need of some developer and bleach are there any other beauty stores in Hamilton where I can go purchase these things, does anyone know?

I go to a place on upper James in a strip plaza. I forget the name though. It's near the Mandarin. I need to get some color so when I go I'll check the name.

I know there is a store there but it's not open to the public, only hair stylists...cosmoprof I think it's called..if that's the one you're referring to..:/
