I personally use baby wipes, specifically the pampers aloe vera organic ones. They come in a pack of 60 for like $3, so compared to the price of real makeup remover pads you're saving a lot. Plus if you don't find they get all the makeup off you can always put a dab of lotion on the wipe.

This may sound odd but I use baby wipes for sensitive skin to take my makeup off. I don't wear ti as much anymore so I am better off just using the wipes I always keep around the house. They work just as good :p

I've always (well, for a long time, anyway), used the Equate brand of make-up remover wipes and they do a great job at removing make-up and eye-liner and mascara. Cheap and doesn't make my skin break out...I follow at night with and AHA cream.
