    This is my favourite bread machine recipe.

    CHEDDAR-SOUR CREAM BREAD
    1¼ cup water
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    ½ cup sour cream
    4 cups flour
    2 Tbsp sugar
    2 Tbsp powdered buttermilk
    2 Tbsp dry ranch salad dressing mix
    2 Tbsp dried chives
    1½ tsp salt
    1¼ tsp yeast


    Add to bread machine in this order.
    2lb loaf.
    White bread cycle.
