Bisquick, sour cream, 7-up and butter!.... These are excellent!!!! So easy and soooo good! Recipe is hard to find so here it is:
7 Up Biscuits
4 cups Bisquick
1 cup sour cream
1 cup 7-up
1/2 cup melted butter
Mix bisquick, sour cream and 7 up. Dough will be very soft - don't worry Knead and fold dough until coated with your baking mix. Pat dough out and cut biscuits using a round biscuit / cookie cutter. Melt butter in bottom of cookie sheet pan or 9x13 casserole dish. Place biscuits on top of melted butter and bake for 12-15 minutes or until brown at 425 degrees,

Ham & Cheese Muffins
makes one dozen muffins
1/2 cup ham, chopped
1 cup cheddar, grated
1/2 cup green onions, finely sliced
2 cups flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
a few good grinds of black pepper
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 eggs
Method
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Prepare muffin tins or line with paper muffin cups.
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, whole wheat flour, salt and pepper and baking powder. Add the ham, cheese and green onions and toss until they are covered in the flour mixture and distributed evenly throughout it.
In another bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, yogurt and the eggs. Pour the wet mixture over the dry and stir until everything is completely combined — but don't over mix or your muffins will be tough.
Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin tins or muffin papers. Place your trays in the hot oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until they are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into a muffin comes out clean.

Coconut Loaf
1/4 cup extra-virgin coconut oil, melted, plus more for the pan
2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
3/4 cup turbinado sugar (natural brown sugar)
3/4 cup unbleached all-purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
1 1/2 tsps baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 eggs
1 (13.5 ounce) can coconut milk
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 cup organic powdered sugar
Method
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease your loaf pan and set it aside.
Spread your coconut on a baking sheet and pop it in the hot oven for about 4 or 5 minutes. Keep an eye on it as it will go from toasted to burnt quickly! Take it out of the oven and take 1/4 cup of the coconut and save it.
In a large bowl, mix together the rest of the coconut, the flours, the brown sugar, nutmeg, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
In another big bowl, whisk the eggs with 1 cup of the coconut milk, coconut oil and the vanilla. Pour the wet mixture into the dry and stir until it is all well combined. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
Pop it into the hot oven and bake for about 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool completely.
Mix together 1/4 cup of coconut milk with the powdered sugar until the lumps are gone and you have a nice, glossy icing. Turn the loaf out of the pan and onto a serving platter. Pour the icing over and let it run over the edges. I didn't use all of my icing! Now sprinkle that last 1/4 cup of toasted coconut on top. Slice and serve!

Cheesy Pull-Apart Bread
Like ~ Share ~ Comment ~ (share will save to your wall)
Ingredients
1 large loaf of Italian bread or Ciabatta bread
½ cup olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 bunch scallions, finely chopped
12 ounces Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (about 2 cups)
6 ounces Colby Jack, shredded (about 1 cup)
2 tablespoons chipotles in adobo, chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Cut a cross hatch pattern into the top of the bread by slicing ½-inch grid lines into the bread, stopping about ¼-inch from the bottom of the bread so that it stays together. Place the bread on the piece of foil.
Stir together the olive oil, garlic and scallions.
Gently separate the bread with your fingers, then pour the olive oil mixture in all of the crevasses.
Wrap the loaf up in the foil and place on a baking sheet or directly on the oven rack and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and increase the oven temperature to 425 degrees F.
Open the foil and stuff the shredded cheese into the cross hatches of the bread. I used the end of a fork or spoon to help me shove the cheese as far down into the bread as possible, followed by the chipotle chili peppers. Leave the foil open and return it to the oven.
Bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly for 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving, then sprinkle with more green onions and dig in!

This is my go to recipe for Banana Bread. It's so easy, moist and delicious!
No Eggs, No Milk, No Problem Banana Bread
Ingredients
2 cups all purpose flour
2/3 cups brown sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch salt
1/3 cup oil
1 ¼ cup mashed bananas
Directions
- Mash well ripened bananas in a small bowl and set aside.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- Add mashed bananas and oil. Stir well. Batter will be thick - add a small amount of water or other liquid if it’s too hard to stir.
- Spoon batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for approximately 50 minutes.
- Insert a tooth pick to check if done.
* You can add walnuts, pecans, cinnamon or whatever else suits your fancy.
