Thanks for this thread! As students we don't have much to work with for Christmas and this year the kids are in preschool and we all *love* their teachers so I really want to get them something. I was thinking:

Tims gift card (always see DS's teacher with her Tims coffee in the morning lol)

AND/OR (depends on finances and/or whether I can trade for it)

    Indigo books/Amazon.ca gc

    AND

    Tims coffee (from my stockpile)
    Travel mug
    Bookmark
    Book/magazine
Something that the kids can help make (was thinking of grabbing those canvases from the dollar store along with some paint and letting them go to town and then sign their name)

Any other cheap/free ideas are very welcome for teacher-y gifts!

I don't know if this fits in with your theme but what about the glade christmas candles, RCSS has the $15 PC card when you spend $15 on glade products so free or moneymaker if you use coupons. Also lots of talk this week about Nivea lip stuff free at SDM with $3.00 coupon., I will keep my eyes open for deals that fit with your theme.
