...I called multiple places to learn that these magazines are available in all provinces except for Quebec. Only at superstores though so if you don't see them, thats probably the reason.

My Walmart has huge boxes with stacks of them just before you checkout. They also have them at the checkout (at the very end where they put your bags). I've also seen a couple at the store entrance in a little rack where they keep the week's current flyer.

Hopefully you find some! My Walmart always has a ton of them.
