It seems as if the holiday snacks don't go sale until around 8 January. After Orthodox Christmas.

When we lived in BC these items were usually 50% on Dec 6. Sobey' in Castledowns have whopping 25% their Christmas treats.

The remaining Christmas chocolates are now 75% off. But not the mint Kit Kats - I'm holding out for a deal on those! Also, the remaining Christmas stuff is 75% off. They still had a decent selection of Christmas cards… if you send them.
