Until gift cards run out ?? ..whichever comes first ..I hate that ..don't even know how many GC's they are giving..maybe they should have a website , where they keep track of that , so we can know if we still have a chance of getting the GC or not

This is great! We just started eating Activia again because my other yogurt brand changed their formula and are now lactose free. I have 3 tubs of Activia yogurt in the fridge right now. I also have 2 newly emptied containers. Too bad I purged extra containers and put them in the recycling recently. Oh well, nothing I can do about it now.

edit: Note that it is only 1 redemption per household.

    FINALLY! a response!!

"Thank you for taking the time to write to us.

You can use UPC of Activia 650g tub.

You can be assured of Danone's consideration for all comments and questions from its customers."

Better save that email , in case they go back on their word ...lot of these mail in rebates are handled by a third party independent contractors/marketers and not even the original company, and they go on making their own rules and rejections.

Keep a copy of verything you mail to them in case you have to follow up with them

of, absolutely! and thankfully, my original message to them was included in the reply they sent me so it's all in one place :

I was recently made aware of an Activia promotion. I'd like to participate; however, I primarily enjoy this yogurt in tub format. The page at http://www.danone.ca/sites/default/f...via10years.pdf says that single serving UPCs will not be accepted, but mentions nothing about tubs. Can I attach 5 UPCs from the large activia tubs and partake in this promotion? Thank you for your prompt reply "

    so i don't get it
    the single serving...
does that mean they don't accept upc from the 6x100g ?
i'm so confused about the wording

    technically those are single servings

well, here's what i think... the packs (6x100 etc) are fine because the UPC comes on the cardboard outer packaging so you'd just cut that off and send it in.

per my email with them, the 650g tubs are fine. be careful cutting them off. lol.

apparently activia also sells single servings. although i've never seen them, they may be something you'd find at a convenience store or something with the upc printed on the bottle/cup....those are the UPCs that are not accepted.

If you buy the 8x100g or 12x100g or 24x100g, you'll notice that each of those 100g single-servings has a UPC.
So your Activia carton has a UPC and all those small cups have different UPCs on them as well (depending on flavour).

Their wording on the MIR form is so vague, ambiguous and confusing

They mention the word from any Danone pack ..I guess the word pack is confusing. Usually people associate that word with the 8 x 100 gm , 24 x 100 gm packs etc ..and not with the tubs.

But the tubs are also accepted ..why can't they just mention that word on the MIR is beyond me..they mentioned upc from 100 gm individual tubs not accepted , so they can easily mention 650 gm tubs accepted on the same form
