I like Milk For so many reasons.

One thing though.
Aspartame is added to milk. I don't think it should be allowed....What are your thoughts?

I tried the green onions last year, and found it to not really be worth the bother.

I'd like to give the romaine a try.
Everyone loves those white cheddar rice cakes. SO AMAZING! but what side do you start with? White cheddar down? White cheddar up?
I thought it would be interesting to see how people liked to eat them.
Just starting the new year off with something silly and if anything maybe even giving you a craving for a nice, fluffy, delicious rice cake!

I'd rather tell you why I don't like milk.

Research has proven that milk actually depletes calcium from our bones and increases fracture risk, which is why the countries with the highest rate of osteoporosis are the ones where people drink the most milk! Telling us that milk provides calcium and makes our bones strong is so dangerous it should be illegal for marketers to make this outrageous claim.
