Are snapsave and c051 not available in Quebec? I just signed up for both today and they worked for me - I am in New Brunswick though.

yes they are for quebec cut only is you have English receipts - good luck having your receipt in English in quebec

Like couponlinda said, I tried to upload the receipt, the reply was sorry , we can process receipts in French.

CO51 tweeted last week that their app wasn't available in QC because of legal restrictions. Although I was previously hoping it would come out once they developed the technology to read our French receipts, I think we can now officially give up hope of ever having it here

CartSmart seems to work for QC - their app even has Quebec flyers available for viewing. I had to email them once when one of the items I purchased was rejected, I just pointed out that in French it is called xxx, and they replied right away apologizing and crediting me for my purchases.
SnapSave has let me use the app. I've never had trouble with Maxi/Loblaws/Provigo receipts, maybe it's because they have the UPC code on them. I have had trouble with Pharmaprix receipts, both times because I was buying multiples of the same item and was only credited for one. I emailed them, the first time I was told to submit the receipt multiple times. The second time I was told that they can't process French receipts, but they credited me anyways.
I have yet to redeem from either of these apps.
