I called because I still don't have a cheque that I requested Sept 13. Almost a month. I asked why so long. He said they've just moved to the states now and things are a bit busy. Solution, hire more staff, fix your app and quick monkeying around with people's money.

I requested my cheque on Sept 25th and got it in the mail on Monday...so it took about a week?

I sent a receipt 4 days ago and its still not process yet....I m worry because I still haven't claim my second cheque yet and I m $2 from $20....

Maybe send them an inquiry they tend to take their time but 4 daysis a bit much

I also sent an inquiry today. My receipt has been pending since Oct 15th.
DH's receipt uploaded yesterday has already been approved but mine is already 5 days old.

I'm waiting for a cheque since August. It is my fault in part because I moved. September I called in with the new address and this cheque is yet to come. I have been calling every week and they sent me the same email. "Sorry you had problems with your cheque, it is in the mail blah blah" I hope it comes this time.

I send them inquiry and they told me due to their recent launch in US, there has been delays. They normally process claims within 48 hours but she asked me to allow 7-12 business days temporarily.

They did accept 2 of my 4 pending receipts after 8 days.

is weird, I just sent a receipt just now and it got processed in like 2 mins! but the one from last week is still pending....
