This was not a good day for the promo, nothing was on sale except eggs and everything I wanted was overpriced. Do they have this promo on weekends? I would probably use it then.

I have two cards used redeem 95K get 30k back coupon, no card received points so far. It is supposed to be credited by the end of yesterday.

i called this monring and was told system might be slow. The CS said she would check and will call me back to update by the end of the day.

I checked account around noon and see ponts were adjusted as "customer service adjustment" instead of "champaign adjustment"

Guess CS adjusted manually for me

Personally, I am not a fan of purchasing now and having points added later.....why aren't they just added at the time of transaction?
Always so many problems with points not being added.....do they hope you'll forget ??

I called the shoppers hotline too. They told me it was a system glitch specifically for this coupon. Apparently all points will be awarded by the end of today.

Finally got my 30K points back! It amazes me how often they manage to be late when they say points will be awarded by a certain day, but I always seem to get them without having to complain (maybe only thanks to other people complaining). I'm not too sure why they don't always just award them instantly, except they fear people taking advantage somehow if they get the points back right away to redeem again and earn more points.
