    I want to believe that Walmart will use its monthly magazine to showcase anniversary specials, not just rely on any press release sent out to media outlets. Plus mention any special shopping days/live music/cake and tea/coffee/punch events.

    Actually, I think retail stores in general need to drop the paid music feeds and just enjoy customers shopping-because now that people can use cellphones and handsfree earclips, there's a lot of sound generated in stores in addition to music, stock carts, shopping carts and people talking. I think there is a science research project to be made out of how loud a store can be with that hubbub. So Target is leading in the sane shopping experience-more people oriented. Besides, don't we all miss the days of stopping to chat with someone we know and not try to rush from the music/noise?

    I think the sale is going to start early in Nova Scotia as well.

    I have a question about price matching - I've never successfully done it. So Walmart has Barbie products on sale for $5. Target has $3 receipt coupons. Can I PM Walmart at Target, and still use the coupon?
