Hi all,
Sephora used to not charge duties to Canadians shopping on the Canadian website. They have recently changed this and it is hugely disappointing to me.
Please send in a complaint to help word get to them and have this changed.

Where on their website is this detailed? I placed an order yesterday and they only charged me HST because I qualified for the free shipping.

I've ordered a few times in the past where I paid for shipping (under the $75.00 amount) and was never charged duties. Where on the website does it show this? I doubt I will order if I need to start paying duties.
